Francesca Galbo is a local New Yorker, and a graduate of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she received a BA in English and Theatre with a double concentration in Acting and Directing. She has been active in both a winter and spring forum at the Looking Glass Theatre in NYC. At Muhlenberg she directed a Studio Production of 4.48 Psychosis by Sarah Kane. Other directing credits include: Diane Sampson’s Intimacy, Harold Pinter’s The Birthday Party, and Jeff Goode’s Murder at Midnight. She has also acted in several Mainstage Productions, including Polaroid Stories (Persephone), and Wendy Wasserstein’s Uncommon Women, where her portrayal of Rita earned her an Irene Ryan Award Nomination.
